Please note we are not responsible for delays in shipping transit times. Sometimes mail carriers make mistakes and send packages to incorrect sorting facilities or have delays which are beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Unfortunately The4cVoice LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Please contact us within 24-48 hours if you receive confirmation that your order has been delivered but have not received your package. We will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. Check with your local Post Office to see if they are actually holding your package for pickup.
